Thank you for opening your home to host our missionary partners during the conference! Your hospitality is a vital
part of supporting those serving on the frontlines.
Important Note on Security & Privacy
Our guests minister among highly sensitive, unengaged, and unreached people groups. For their safety and the
integrity of their work, please keep all personal and ministry details strictly confidential unless explicit permission is
given to share.
Hosting Guidelines
- Privacy & Sensitivity: Avoid asking overly detailed or personal questions about their work or location. Allow guests to share at their own comfort level, each missionary's situation and comfort level are different.
- Meals: Please provide a light breakfast at your home each morning. All lunches and dinners will be taken care of on-site at the church or off-site.
- Communication & Hospitality: Feel free to send a welcome email before their arrival to introduce yourself and coordinate any specific needs.

Dinner at 5:00 PM dinner (at Tab)
Plenary open to hosts @ 7:00pm
Thursday, Nov 5 & Friday, Nov 6
7:30 AM (Optional Prayer)
8:30 AM (Worship)
Day concludes after 5:00 PM dinner (at Tab on Thursday; off-site on Friday)
Saturday, Nov 7
7:30 AM (Optional Prayer)
8:30 AM (Worship)
Day concludes after 11:30 AM lunch (at Tab).
