God created you on purpose and with purpose. LeaderPath is our intentional journey designed to help you follow Jesus more faithfully and grow your capacity to lead. Along the way, you’ll engage in the life of the church and discover how God has uniquely gifted you.
LeaderPath guides you through Basecamp, Trailhead, and Summit - three distinct stops where you can explore what it means to be a disciple, understand the mission and vision of Tab Church, and recognize how God is calling you to serve and lead in your context.
At its core, LeaderPath is about becoming the person God designed you to
be and building meaningful, life-giving relationships. No matter where you are on your journey, LeaderPath will equip you to walk confidently in your God-given calling and make a lasting impact in your world.
Basecamp: 4 Weeks
The foundations of Christianity class for new believers.
Trailhead: 4 Weeks
Covering DNA, culture, history, focus and beliefs.
Summit: 8 Weeks
Developing people into leaders by providing them with foundational skills and perspectives to lead with.

As you journey through LeaderPath, you’ll gain clarity on who God is forming you to be. Each step helps you discover your unique gifts, passions, and strengths—and how they fit into God’s purpose for your life.
LeaderPath equips you to follow Jesus more effectively in your everyday context—your home, workplace, neighborhood, or wherever God has placed you. It’s all about expanding your capacity to lead and empowering you to advance the Kingdom of God right where you are.

FAQs
Do I need to be a member to go to LeaderPath?
Membership is not required to participate. However, membership-related content is covered during Trailhead. If you decide you would like to become a member, you will have the opportunity to apply upon completing Trailhead. More info on membership can be found here.
How does LeaderPath work?
The Tab Church LeaderPath is designed to help you grow as a healthy, effective follower of Jesus. No matter where you are in your journey, LeaderPath equips you to better understand your calling and live it out in ways that impact the world around you.
LeaderPath is an intentional pathway with three key stages:
Basecamp: An introduction to the mission, vision, and core values of Tab Church, along with foundational practices that support a vibrant relationship with God and help you follow Jesus more fully.
Trailhead: A deeper dive into what it means to live on mission, both personally and as part of the Tab Church community, as we join God in advancing His Kingdom.
Summit: An extended experience focused on practical leadership principles, spiritual rhythms, and the biblical foundations needed to lead effectively in everyday life.
LeaderPath provides a clear and encouraging journey to grow your faith, discover your gifts, and expand your capacity to lead.
Do I need to complete all three stops?
Basecamp is for new believers and is optional. Trailhead is required before attending Summit.
What is required to complete each step in LeaderPath?
At Tab Church, LeaderPath happens through an interactive small group experience where participants engage in both meaningful content and intentional group discussion each week. It’s a blend of teaching and shared learning designed to help you grow alongside others.
While we’re happy to make LeaderPath resources available, such as notes or videos, reviewing those materials alone does not replace the LeaderPath journey itself.
At Tab, we believe that real transformation happens in community. LeaderPath reflects this value by creating space for connection, conversation, and spiritual growth. We recognize that becoming who God calls us to be is never a solo pursuit, and LeaderPath is designed to help you walk that journey together.
What happens if I miss a week of LeaderPath?
If you miss a week, reach out to your leader and coordinate a time to make up the class.
