Account Problems
If you have an online account for online giving but can't login because the system doesn't because the system doesn't recognize your password:
- First -- make sure your Username is correct, if you can't remember your Username simply contact us and we can help you.
- Enter this Username and the password you recall using to login.
If this doesn't work, your password is probably incorrect. Follow these steps to reset your password:
- On the main sign-in page, click "Forgot your password?"
- Next, enter your Username and the email address with which you registered. You may be asked the security question you completed at registration.
- You will receive an email with a temporary password.
- You can change the password when you login.
